Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, open the cart and select Checkout. Enter your shipping details, choose a shipping method and pay by card.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout is available. An account simply lets you see your order history.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant gateway.
Is sales tax charged?
Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to info@main-products.com as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.

Where do you ship?
Within the United States. Options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
You receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See the Shipping & Returns page for the steps.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us a photo of the package and the product within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Are your products natural?
Our catalog focuses on botanical and nutritional ingredients. Each product page lists every ingredient exactly as on the label, so you can decide for yourself.
Are dietary supplements FDA approved?
The FDA regulates supplements but does not approve them before sale. Statements about our supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Can I take supplements with my medication?
Always ask your physician or pharmacist first, especially if you take blood thinners, diabetes or blood pressure medication.
Are the products safe during pregnancy?
Do not use supplements during pregnancy or while nursing unless your doctor approves.
How should I store my products?
In a cool, dry place, tightly closed and out of reach of children.
